Please note that check-out time is 14:00 only for guests staying on Sundays, Mondays, Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays.
※ Hotel information: Inside the hotel building and non-smoking in all rooms. You can watch YOUTUBE and NETFLIX (personal ID is used, ID is not provided).
※ Please be sure to check the parking information before making a reservation. (Cancellation or refund due to lack of parking information or parking request is absolutely not possible.)
If you are not sure about your vehicle, please be sure to inquire because the parking lot is very limited, please contact the front desk for SUVs, RVs, sports cars, high-end foreign vehicles (vehicles that cannot be loaded in mechanical parking), Grandeur or higher grade large vehicles (long body), or tuning vehicles before making a reservation.
Reservations made due to no vehicle parking are [non-refundable].
Parking is limited to one vehicle per room, and since the parking lot is small, parking can be used at the same time as check-in.
If you request parking 1-2 minutes before checking out, your car can be parked
※ The basic rules are based on 2 people per room, and an additional cost (KRW 10,000 per person) will apply if you add more people.
Standard & Deluxe & Semi Suite (standard 2 people / maximum 2 people) / Suite (standard 2 people / maximum 3 people) / Royal Suite (standard 2 people / maximum 4 people)
· If early check-in or late check-out is possible, time 10,000 won will be charged per person. (Not available on weekends, 20,000 won for Royal Suite)
· Please check the check-in time for each room type to avoid any inconvenience.
·Minors cannot enter the room without a guardian. (Entry is restricted if you do not have an ID card, and reservation cancellation/refund is not possible due to entry restrictions.)
·Mode-mixed occupancy is limited to 3 or more people (ex. 2 men and 1 woman)
·When using a room, you cannot specify a room and it is randomly assigned.
·Be sure to check whether you have forgotten anything before checking out. We are not responsible for lost items.
·If you bring a pet, you will be forced to leave.
※ Additional information
· If you do not present your ID upon check-in, you may be refused entry. (Refunds and cancellations are not possible for this.)
· When 3 or more people stay, people of the opposite sex other than family members are not allowed to stay. (Single occupancy is not allowed / No refunds or cancellations are possible.)
· Bathtub is not available in the Royal Suite during winter
